| Abstract: The objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of extenders solutions in tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) semen cooling at 6°C. The treatments consisted of semen dilutions with three extenders - BTS, HBSS, and ACP-104 -, and a control with undiluted semen. Cooled semen was evaluated by 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours. There were differences for the duration of motility and fertilization rates among the semen dilutions. Motility duration proved a highly variable evaluation after 72 hours. Dilution testing can be performed by the three products, and cooling storage for 72 hours is most effective with BTS extender. |

| Visando estudar a influência de diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo com e sem calagem, sobre a colonização micorrízica radicular e a produção de micélio extrarradicular, por meio de técnica de análise multivariada, utilizou-se um experimento implantado em 1978, no município de Guarapuava, PR. A análise de componentes principais comprovou a existência de efeitos negativos do sistema de preparo convencional do solo sobre a colonização de fungos micorrízicos arbusculares (FMAs) do solo, principalmente em estruturas como arbúsculos e vesículas. | The year 1990 is the second of a regional monitoring program on production assessment of Crassostrea in Britlany. 9 sites have been tested with 3 stations per site and 3 oysters bags in each station, at 3 different densities : 170, 210 and 250 oysters per bag. 18 month old oysters stocked in bags in march were analyzed 43 weeks later, by variables concerning growth, survival, quality... The growth was lower at higher densities, more or less according to sites. As previously, differences between sites and stations are observed, with some confirmations (higher mortalities in Aber Benoît site) and also evolutions (growth and Polydora infestations improvement in Pen Bé site). |
